A 249D' is a lot of work, needs the support of more 5% of the shareholding, rarely succeed and are best presented at AGM. I agree with Zogs comment on LD, and Brian Kennedy, but all of this board are fully paid up members of the WMC Old Boys Club, and they would support "Miles" to the hilt. Despite their impressive CV's, they are all deserving of censure to some degree. It would seem churlish to outsiders to single out LD.
So, unless you have your 5% it would be a waste of time even discussing it. A disgruntled insto could be useful.
