No they didn't get back to me. Twice. Sorry should've posted yesterday as now it's a moot point. For what it's worth, I called again, and again they didn't call me back. In the end, and even though it leaves me diluted, I didn't participate in the offer as I felt they were dodging the issue of the quarterly and also the question of what happened to all their cash (17 mill), and why they need another 10 mill all of a sudden, etc.
All will be revealed when they report to the market I guess. In any case, provided there's no big news in the interim, we'll get a sell off down to around the 1.5c mark when the new shares become tradable. I'll consider buying then but only if I'm satisfied there's nothing dodgy about the cash at bank.
