    Whilst Surges's well explained theory would be great with a cornerstone investor paying a substantial premium the reality is a CR at say 1.5c is a harsh and unpalatable possibility. Some may well be gambling on taking a few pip gain into the cap raise by selling at 1.9c.

    No-one knows and no-one can claim they know.
