If a premium of 20% over 30 day VWAP of lets say 1.9c (just as an example !) would be .0228 or .023

And they take 25% equity of the new company(so they own 386M shares with total issued being 1,546,000,000)

That would raise $8.8M A good chunk of change to develop POC and batteries.

And the new equity partner is going to facilitate that development, of a POC device in China, lets say ?

Rather it was a battery in Japan, but beggars can't be choosy...

The SP by this point is heading for 5c after the timelines and revenue forecasts are provided....
