Yes, serious interest from partners....and greedy as well.
If the worst case is 500M shares for $7.5M so they end up with a third of the company (being POC AND batteries), then that is a deal

We will need cash soon. And a CR or equity partner is inevitable.
Over at CYP, FUJI film took a 10% stake in the company at a SP that was 35% premium to the 6 month VWAP. And the new shares were held in escrow for 12 months. That was a good deal !
Would these sort of deals be possible with ADOs new potential partners ?
