The reported result has been adjusted by adding back non-recurring costs of $401,863 and the non-cash share based payment expense of $235,877 required to be recognised in accordance with accounting standards to determine the underlying result. The underlying result is reflective of the on-going benefits delivered from corporate restructuring and preparing for an Initial Public Offering. Taking these matters into account the net loss before tax for the current financial year is $386,767 (by comparison with $122,659 profit in the prior financial year).
