Thanx Nursery for the update, like many CER holders I have the same wish to be seperated from CNP, CER is a strong Property trust anchored in by Quality Supermarkets in australia and the US. I visit many of the NSW Centers in my job and they are good quality assets. Food retailing is competitive and exciting "people need to eat". Their retail tenents mix in Food bring people traffic through the doors,in the US Wal Mart and Krogers are strong consumer focused bussinesses that know their customers. It's only a matter of time .
