At Nearmap, we have an appetite for high performing individuals and we are currently on the hunt for an Investor Relations Manager.The IR Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer and will serve both as a key liaison between the leadership of the business and the external financial community, as well as providing strategic business input in the business. A typical day for you may look like this...

* Lead the preparation of annual and half yearly results presentations and analyst packs and coordinate input from other parts of the business

* Prepare presentations for investor conferences and other investment community interactions (such as AGM materials and Investor Days)Present to investors and conferences when required

* Prepare other ASX announcements as required under Continuous Disclosure Obligations, including membership of the Continuous Disclosure Panel

* Develop annual investor communications corporate calendar, including results roadshows, governance roadshows, non-deal roadshows, investment conference attendance.Management and Board preparation for investor meetings.Monitor and understand drivers of market and analyst consensus

* Develop strategy for market guidance, ensuring key market metrics are well understood and managed

* Monitor investment community interactions including post-roadshow feedback and provide feedback to Executive / Board

* Work with the CFO and FP&A Manager on long term financial models to support strategic business and market positioning

* Liaise with external advisors to obtain market feedback

* Provide support and guidance to the wider finance team as required.Understand composition of share register and investor activity

* Review market activity such as index inclusion, trading patterns, peer reviews

* Understand best practice disclosures, including coordinating governance roadshows

* Shareholder targeting

* Maintain relationships with existing analysts and increase analyst coverage

* Manage incoming investor enquiries to release management resources

* Understand and document key ESG drivers of the business
