If they genuinely want to significantly bring forward drilling wells they have doen the right thing. Its the fastest and cheapest way to raise funds, despite all the collateral damage. They "Hartleys" might have seen the greece situation as a potential problem in the future and pulled the trigger early.
If however they are waiting till Q1 to begin drilling again, i agree, get out the baseball bat and use it.
