well i certainly hope they wont be doing an external capital raising (that would dilute my position). They still had about 10million to draw down from their debt facility about 3 months ago, but their model is based on acquisition.

I suspect (strongly) that they would want to refinance that debt (top it back up to 30,40million), but would want to strengthen their balance sheet first. It seems to be what they did in the past (debt, capital raising, debt, capital raising... you get the idea).

Again, I would prefer that they work on organic growth, but if i was so committed to that kind of approach i never would have bought AMA to start with.

Im confident in the Co. and bought a little more at 33c (im still down like everyone else though).

I wonder how much of the selling pressure is from those shares that came out of escrow this past month?

At least its relativly low volume.
