One thing i've noticed often about companies that get delisted is that their share price takes a long downhill slide before slipping out the backdoor.
The KBL SP trajectory fits this pattern to a T.
That's not to say i want it to happen. I'm holding and would love to see the SP bounce, perhaps on the back of some stunning wide, high grade, near surface gold ore intercepts or an upbeat annual report next week.
But the signs, the SP pattern of a company with a doubtful future, is unmistakeable.
One other thing about the presentation alert by the OP.
6 directors on the board and a company secretary.
That's a lot of snouts in a tiny trough.
If they were all bringing widely recognized expertise to the company, why are we where we're at?
A board rationalization is way overdue, in my humble opinion.
