I have followed this stock over the last few months and it seems that management always had the intention of pushing up the share price short term so as to capital raise at a higher level.

My prediction is the capital raising will be around 1.7c which is where the share price will end up when it re-opens.

This result is far better than if they capital raised a few months ago at below 1c, but of little comfort for those who got in on the spike.

Long term this stock maybe worth a punt though.
