    Low confidence in MS sector affecting TSE. It's like a disease has spread across the entire industry. Now UGL is feeling the heat. How low can this sector go? Looking more and more likely some firms will flounder and be swallowed up by others for a price well below NTA. Avoid anything with debt and a dependency on new capex. Any MS firm attempting a CR in current environment with see SP decimated.
