Read the annoucement carefully (should complaint to ASX about the title "Additional 1Bt"... extremely misleading). I don't have time, otherwise I would report ARH to stock exchange for misleading title and get fined.
International Minerals now own 2Bt. ARH owns only 50% of International Minerals (1Bt), CP owns other 50% (1Bt). Actually, CP will own slightly over 50% of International Minerals. That is important, because gave CP the control over International Minerals.
In the past, ARH owns 100% of International Minerals which owns 1Bt.
Patience... some investors been waiting for 5yrs plus... NOT me. 2010 AGM presentation: "ARH will have a JV partner by end of 2010".
With Spain bond sell extremely disappointing AND Chinese focus on domestic consumption (ie less investment on houses & less money to buy houses). IMO I don't see anyone will take out billions $$$ to fund low ROI project.
Better return on investment if ARH build a brothel and casino for workers nearby on Belmoral South.
