Please read carefully.

1) CP's share placement money still pending on other holders to vote (CP can't vote)... last time almost rejected.

2) The longer it takes to get JV partner, more dilution for you, especially next CP's share placement might be at much lower price than $0.165 (compare with previous placement price at $0.30)

3) $5m share placement ($2m to pay back DEBT, $3m working capital). Before next placement, ARH will use up all $3m working capital and $2m DEBT like this placement.

If vote 'No' at this placement, ARH will be 100% insolvent with $2m debt... 'Yes' vote is MUST, but last voting was very close. There were holders want to see ARH collapse by voting 'No' in last placement. Why?
