    Interestingly, ARH's auditor still put ARH has net asset $320m in the latest annual report. If ARH does go insolvent, holders should (I would) take legal action against auditor. ARH's Belmoral project cannot be sold to realise $320m for holders at any time (solvent or insolvent), it is only a mining right not ownership.

    PS someone bought 400 shares at 16.5c tried to close higher.
