    Not cap raising, but share placement ONLY for CP. And money is for paying ARH directors who work for Mineralogy. If doesn't pass voting by other holders (last time almost rejected because CP can't vote), then ARH will be insolvent and 1BT back to CP. How much asset left for holders?

    IMO it is extremely unlikely ARH will get deal from Chinese after what happen to CITIC. I think ARH should give this project to CITIC and ARH collecting royalty fees instead of CP (and CP is the major holder of ARH).

    If you look around, companies such as DMA (1BT mc $10m), PDY (850mt, mc $20m), etc. they all struggle unless they have some DSO. So by comparison, ARH is extremely expensive at $0.15/share, especially almost no chance of cap raising nor SPP & paying royalty to CP.

    Just IMO.
