WAM growth in pre tax NTA+ dividend
1YR = 11.6%
3YR = 10.9%
5YR = 10.5%
All Ords (as per WAM release)
1YR = 13.7%
3YR = 9.5%
5YR = 10.3%
WAM stated 'performance'
1YR = 15.0%
3YR = 16.0%
5YR = 16.4%
So performance good but just highlighting not as good as they might have you believe.
