    Not sure about the distinction -- if you participate in a rights issue and provide funds to the company and they spend that money on paying mates at QUT and on endless marketing preparation plans and at the same time do not tell you about serious risks of their clinical trials not being up to scratch, as far as I am concerned board and management have breached your trust...
