Furthermore to last:
I have this day received the Proxy Form for Shareholders to vote for the future of Independent Director, Mr. Ian Buchhorn. I suggest to all Shareholders that perhaps they have a good look at the backgrounds/experience of all Directors of this company prior to casting a vote.
As a Shareholder, now is your last time to seriously consider whether you want a Board of Directors who are either:
of significant mining experience, company knowledge and have a track record of looking after their shareholders
OR
a top heavy bureaucratic Board of financial advisors &/or legal eagles per se
I'm a long term shareholder that feels this company is being manipulated to suit offshore interests with little consideration of its (lesser) shareholders or indeed Golden Cross Resources 'immediate' & 'future' growth.
It's all my own opinion of course but, I reiterate, each and every shareholder seriously needs to consider whether (in simple terms) they would rather a board loaded with Office Johnny's or a board with experienced 'practical' Workers!
Obviously, my vote will be for the retention of Mr. Ian Buchhorn.
Top heavy administrative management costs money and achieves little. I hate to lose money, don't you?
