It appears that GCR (the Company) is just a puppet. Here again, we see in-house disturbance seemingly brought about by major players who are used to getting their own way. It's obvious that out of three 'voted in' Independent Directors at least two are not bowing down to the tactics of the major player, so now it's time to divide and conquer. It was of my opinion and promoted that the independents would stabilise the board of GCR and assist the company in moving forward with it's potential. Isn't that in general, what a board does? Make decisions for and on behalf of the company for the betterment of the company & it's shareholders? Not here! What shareholders? There appears to only be one ......... HQ Mining....... and it seems they have no interest in anyone but themselves! If your a shareholder who invested for the long term and as a shareholder, continue to be ignored by this company, the least you can do is vote for the 'Independent'.
GCR were at seven cents prior to takeover, with great potential. Now, a shadow of its former self. What happened to the potential, it can't just have dissappeared!
Since the takeover, there has been nothing but bickering, wasting of money, set backs and continued stalling of any forward movement by this company. When does it end? Where does ASIC stand in all this? Nowhere! Where are the 'real' shareholders? Vote for the 'Independent' I believe it's our last chance!
