The MNF SP is steady beacuse to their great credit the MNF directors have managed to run the business efficiently and have not seen the need to raise capital thru share offers.
Therefore, there are very few shares to trade.
To be honest though, MNF is a little boring to most, they just plod along although and build their business (their version of plod differs to that of most, their plod is 100% PA growth).
As they do not advertise they fly largely under the radar, occasionaly someone needs the money and they unload into the sellers sending the SP down to 10-12c with as little as 20,000 shares. Then it rises back up again to about 15c and so the cycle continues.
I have never seen a large parcel offered for sale so it would appear that the largest shreholders are holding. Looks pretty safe to me. It's financials and growth will get noticed at some point soon and it will be re-rated otherwise a takeover offer could come sailing in.
