Apologies I forgot you Baraka. Someone mentioned ASIC being a toothless tiger. Forget about an action against FGE but HC should drive reform and overhaul of ASICs ASX investigation unit as it is non existent.
It is also interesting how CLO can make investment decisions with the advantage of having a board seat, really nit fair but guess that's life.
