My sentiments exactly.

Always beware of Directors who talk EBITA to share holders. This is an internal term for evaluation and drivers.

Interest and taxes can wipe out EBITA and there would be nothing left for share holders.

There are only two terms that Directors should be using for public announcements.

Earnings per share and earnings per share.

Also I would like to offer my sympathy to investors who have done their money and employees who will lose their jobs.
My heart goes out to both.Been on the receiving end in the past I know what you are going through.
