hmmm... now which of those conditions does TRO NOT satisfy?!

The prefeasibility is on course for completion during Feb 2007. The company expects to be re-rated during this period (as per their latest announcement)... and if Zinc prices keep going up, it could happen a lot sooner than they expect.
