I think you're right about a lot of waiting & fiddling about by some companies (not TRO though). People
are shouting about CDU- it"ll be years before the thing gets off the ground if it's anything like IVN(Ivanhoe Mining) which found a similar deposit at Turquoise Hill in Mongolia. The share hovered around $3 for ages, then after an announcement they shot up to $ 15 for a few days. All the pros, co. officials, traders sold out leaving the dummies holding & waiting- for YEARS. Mongolian govt greedy,years of surveys followed, huge sums spent. Saved by Rio Tinto buy in. I dont think Cudeco
mgt. have anywhere near enough capital or expertise.
I'm confident about Tro because my dad worked at the old mine when it was a going concern for years& years.
