Similar to how Crowd Mobile has aggreements with 160 odd telcos globally, SmartPay has similar agreements with some of the Chinese Telcos. As I see it we are using SmartPay instead of trying to directly reach agreements with the Chinese telcos which would take a lot more time and $$$. This allows chinese users to get billed via the mobile phone bill for using BoBo.
SmartPay have recently launched products onto WeChat so they have that connectivity. BoBo is not on WeChat currently, but management's intention is to get it on there eventually (after they have had a chance to assess how the product is being received in the provinces it has been launched in).
