It is coming back to earth now and the big buy orders you are including in your totals are well below market price , that is 20c or below so discount those really. Seems like someone still wants out. Hopefully not IOOF / Perennial or whoever the fund manager is. The chairman speech (words) and prezzo had some nice fluff and dice but lets see how it pans out. They are promising some uplift as the business settles. We want regular updates though, not ones as a minimum at the AGM and end of financial year.
It is a FMCG industry so they should have regular shareholder updates. I see the performance rights were voted clearly against by shareholders in proxies but saved and carried at the AGM. Did the director Tom vote in favour of those resolutions - must have as he is not excluded from the vote on that resolution I would have thought. Wonder how IOOF voted? Anyone attend can shed any light on the morning please?
