Without a doubt Woteva was buying down from those levels. I remember one post I challenged him because the SP dropped below the 45 placement price. He stated he was doing fine because he had averaged down to something like 44c. He then contuned to say he would top up after that. Go back about 250 350 posts and you'll see it all.
