The wording from the Ann for the SA MOU is
"Under the terms of the non-binding MOU the Parties will work together to formalize a Manufacturing andDistribution Licence as soon as possible with the expectation that this is completed and signed within 60 days ofthe MOU being signed"
We are now past the expectation that was set of 60 days to get the MOU signed.
I wish they had said 120 days instead of 60 days.
It is always better to pleasently surprise than bitterly disappoint!
