Yeah I suppose an extra $50k for added responsibility is ok.
More shares for performance triggers is not really on, for any of them, I mean as directors that is what they are being paid to do, you don't pay these jokers and then they expect to get performance shares for everything they do.
Mind you they have achieved jack so far in 12 months. So when or if they do achieve some things I say it is about time.
Alain has set out plans, and the original salary and performance incentives were fair enough, but I would think one or 2 should have to be met BEFORE more incentives were added.
Let's hope Alain can back up the talk with results.
We will know by next quarter if they can deliver something.
Again huge potential if they can, about time they turned potential into some results.
