PXX was always going to drift down during this period regardless of what news came out prior to shutting down for the winter. 3 months or whatever it is is a long time for people sit idle. Peolple will always need to buy and typically sell as well. In the mean time we all wait bored, p!$$ed off and frustrated at the current situation. Good news is we can save up to buy more at these lower prices.
