I think what is surprising is the fact that I get the impression in these small matters ASIC really wont investigate unless the administrator has an issue.

There is no financial incentive for the admninistrator as he has an outcome that avoids liquidation and has earned them their fees. To investigate who will pay for the time spent as its unlikely he will extract more fees. So only when its a large amount involved and not a whole group of minnows like us will much be done - outside of my acknowledgement letter I have had nothing more and that is what ASIC said - don't call us we will investigate and call you if we need to. Really personally I think this country deserves better but that is my opinion and mine alone.
