Albuera, if you are referring to my comments then I wasn't implying that Hunt-Smith will be involved. The other 3 yes apparently so but as I said that is only according to 3rd hand information.
I know that Hunt Smith had significant plans to change the company and where it fits in its market. I think they were decent plans - not fantastic but far more promising than the hype that Intermoco was dribbling previously. I can only assume that this plan fell over financially with no major backer - C group was obviously already looking to pull out otherwise clearly they would be part of this buyout given they clearly have the power to be part of it if they chose.
Regarding a deliberate ploy, I honestly doubt it. If these 3 all have their hands in the pot I wouldn't be surprised if the only reason for it is that so few others actually believe in them.
