What I don't understand is that T.H-S was appointed to save the company. Yet the staff he brought along contributed to what I believe was the deliberate spending spree of current management to run the company into the ground.

What part of dumb do I not understand ?

In my opinion Evans and Kiddle deliberately ran the business into the ground after Copulos said no more. Spending near on about a million bucks over about 6 weeks is deliberately irresponsible. If that is the case they have acted illegally.
It makes an absolute mockery of Evans being a CPA. Is he trying to tell us he has no idea how to manage money.

How about Kiddle....he is the best I have ever listened to. I've tried to understand why his bullxxxx was believed. I think it comes down to his geniune passion being mistaken for sincerity.

If by some miracle Intermoco can be re-birthed for shareholders it must be without Kiddle or Evans having anything to do with the business.

Both Kiddle and Evans are a cancer to success. A couple of honest operators willing to do their best would run circles round the likes of Evans and Kiddle.

I personally believe both have been deliberately misleading if not acting illegally and it's up to ASIC to take them to task.
