I was told by chief administrator that 7 of the 8 entities are under administration. he intending to make action on the trading sub entity, to realise those assets somehow. to cast it as separate.

im obviously right that spp had some falsehoods. I proved my case to him and he put me as a creditor.

however........ he put me as a creditor of the holding company, not the trading entity sub.

technically, and he desribed this to me,even if someone bought the business and all trading entity creditors got 100c in dollar from a bid that matched the trading net assets:

I would get zero. Apparently so,cos the holding company that he reckons my debt falls under, has some bulldust intercompany transaction, negative balances to tune of 9 million. the holding company apparently owes the trading entity 9million? like WTF???

I told administrator I also dispute that. no further response from him yet.
