rights issue component the offer doc said c group intend to take up full rights? full rights of a 20% holder would be a few hundred k? I not understand ur comment about restricted to FULL which was 49k. I owned about 1/18 the share c group did and my rights was about 15k ish. so full for c group would be 18 fold?

ur comment about small amount loan and all these conditions etc.. none of that was in offer doc was it? specifically about rights.. doesn't it say they intend to take up FULL?

shortfall was secondary issue where I see ambiquity with it in offer docs.

sorry I just don't get it.
