Sorry not particular to ESNA - Its just reading the administrator's report - It looks like Recap that he was referring to in that report only relates to two proposals I am aware of and as far as I know those are off the table - so other offers IMO appear to not be recap but purchase of assets or DOCA. All my opinion.
So I am suggesting its a total loss for existing shareholders unless something else happens that I am not aware of but it all goes down today I think.
