Ok. Good to know. Our customer base is worth something, especially the ones already earning revenue. The tax losses too. I would have thought a backdoor listing/ reverse takeover would be attractive, but if they prefer to remain private then goodluck to them. They must have deep pockets without relying on cap raisings. Lets hope they can make a go of it. Though it sounds like the deal fell through anyway. Their are a few other similar companies based around Tullamarine from memory.
