icac indeed has a strong bias on the sp and currently nobody seems to realize that there are fundamental changes ahead to the south african mineral and petroleum resources development act ! today coal has been declared as a strategic resource by the minister and the proposed amendemts to the mprda act are focused on beneficiation - i.e. upgrading - of strategic minerals. once these amendments have been finalized into law this will be as good as a penalty for wec´s business in south africa.
