good post chimera but i dont know if pe of about 10 is great value in this market for a contractor!
i am hoping you were a bit conservative or if i was too optimistic in my hopes i might lighten, as they have had a good run since i bought in - i know i kicked myself for missing them in the last run up they had and this time i was in earlier and thought they could have similar upside potential
