Litigation based on what, a deal that didnt go ahead?
Personally I think the resignation of a few directors wouldnt go astray, excepting of course my all-time hero Graham Cubbin.
However I'm curious on what basis you think litigation could proceed? You cant sue a board for rejecting a deal.
Meanwhile we sit at a substantial discount to cash, let alone other assets.
Are you short the stock?
