Looking at the share prices of the likes of COK. WHC and CCC now is probably the time for WEC to keep a low profile and just sit on its cash
Some of the debt ridden or cash strapped coal plays will have trouble raising money
WEC will be in the position to scoop them up. Yeah we need them to do another Felix
Lets hope the ex Felix board chooses well and spends wisely on the next big coal mine
