It’s quite simple so called capping can not occcur if more people actually want to buy the stock, at that share price, than those trying to “cap”. the simple fact is people do not want to invest in this stock at these prices at this point in time.

Absolutely right. Capping cannot occur as efficiently if investors are lining up to buy stock. It's when there is little demand and conditions are right that enable manipulators to push down the share price to create a lower base to then buy more later on. I'm not saying that is the case here, I simply don't know, but that's when manipulation occurs, not when there is high demand. The 40% share price drop on very low volume, without any news, tends to indicate to me that there is some work going on here.
