It’s quite simple so called capping can not occcur if more people actually want to buy the stock, at that share price, than those trying to “cap”. the simple fact is people do not want to invest in this stock at these prices at this point in time. It may change.

the market is apparently formally informed and based on that information there appears to be a lack of buyers. This might change too.

the project at present is not exciting the market enough to entice people into investing. At present investors see better value elsewhere.

I will not give my detailed opinion of the project but it is suffice to say I’m of the opinion that it is not worth buying shares at this point in time. As a geologist the results todate do not impress on iota.
