I am the 100k buyer at 12 for another trading parcel, but I am not the seller at 12.5, so I don't think it is being pegged. Probably a genuine seller at 12.5 or I would have other large bids at 12c - maybe rights shares being sold at 12.5?
However if more come on at 12.5 I might drop my bid.
