I know there are some good teachers but the majority hate their jobs and are only interested in more money for doing less work. Now they want to be paid more money that University professors (> $130k) because they reckon teachers are something special. My brother is a teacher. He always recycles last year's assignments because he is too lazy to write new ones. When the kids hand in their older brother's assignment, he reckons that's good! No need to read it - just give it the same mark! Who cares! No wonder the kids have lost respect for the teachers.
