    I messaged someone I know who has a large stake in this, is connected to the Board & is a professional fund manager with my concern.

    I will share with you all his feedback to me, it was quite concise:

    "Patience!"

    The stock is moving off tiny volume, get some wind and it will get a re-rate (either way). Only $90k of offers between us and a $0.40 share price.
