They paid 1.5c per share, with a 3 for 2 attaching option exercisable at 0.5c
2 shares @ 1.5c
3 options @ 0.5c (free)
So they paid 3c for 5 shares
Or 4c for 5 shares when exercised

2 shares - 1.6c
3 options - 1.2c
They are overpaying by about 0.1c per ordinary share, presumably because they believe in the project/company.
If the money comes through today, our share price should reflect what ever the SO paid (assuming there is no additional hype about DSO).
