Looks like 5 downwaves complete from late O3 D/T and a break thru 22+ would indeed attract momentum for a quick move toward main resistance zone 30-35. And alays nice to see directors show faith. I like PGMs and PPD seems to have the right address and right partners. Pd prices also on the move up. Has the right "mix" for a probing buy for mine. Bit tight tho.
